I'm going to try this again

I know I've neglected this whole blog idea, but I'd like to start it up again. Who knows what will come of this, but oh well!!

So recently (and by recently, I mean in the past few months) I have decided to do a complete overhaul of my life. So far it's working pretty well. Want to know what's changed? Here we go.

First, I quit my job. Yep, I quit. It was too stressful for it to be just a temporary job. So, what's a girl to do? I started looking for other jobs, but nothing was working out, then I emailed my old boss at Ticketmaster. Now I'm back there. It can get boring, but I can promise you one thing, I'm so much less stressed! I don't cry on a daily basis, I don't have crazy mood swings, I laugh! Thank you TM!!

Second, I moved. My grandma is the GREATEST and has let me and my sister live in my great-grandma's home rent free. Oh how I love her! This has been such a relief! It's nice to actually be able to save some money. Besides, there's so many memories here from my childhood that I love it!

 (I love my grandparents!)

Next step? I quit school. Yep. You heard me. I quit. I didn't want the degree I was getting, I had gotten behind in classes and was miserable, so I quit. See ya later Marshall Grad School!!

(Don't worry, I still bleed green!)

Next...I start school in the fall. I am getting the degree I want to get. It's not a master's or another bachelor's, but it's what I want and I'm going to be happy with it! I'm going to get an Associate's of Applied Science in Gerontology. Who knows what I'm going to do with it after I graduate, but I'm excited! Best part? It will only take me 2 semesters to get the degree! Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College here I come!!

Now that you've got that about me, I'll share a little secret. OK, it's not a secret, but that's OK. I have a dream of travelling. I have places like Hawaii, LA and Italy that I'd love to hit up, but are they the first on my travelling list? Nope. I don't know why, but I am dead set on going to Seattle.

Something about the way of life there...it's something I want to experience! I'm saving my money and one day I will go! I just need to find someone to go with me who doesn't mind flying for that long and wouldn't mind taking a 4 hour trip once we're there to Forks so that I can be all Twilight fan-girly. I seriously can't wait to go!

Alright, I think I'm going to bed. Gotta work in the morning! Thanks for reading!

Love,
